Work from home, PTO time

Cons

Crazy mngr, too much for him to handle. Other mngr awol, too much time they spend in meetings then helping, mngr bashes you, favouritism, 40 cent raise and yet they keep adding more and more properties to have to know. Crucify you when you make a mistake. Worst mngr I have ever worked with, he should go back to the one hotel he worked for. Treats staff like they are pions. This job made me lose all respect and the want to keep my career in hospitality. No holidays are allowed off and yet the mngr is gone for week for holidays must be nice to get to be with your families.

Pros

Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Cons

Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
