Business Outlook
Pros
At the time, it was called Claymore Securities and it had a SME feel it. Generally, everyone knew each other's names and, to some degree, what was going on in their personal lives. Generally, the crowd is younger. You get paid a lot of money to do very little work.
Cons
-Incredibly high degrees of nepotism. Only those in the inner circle were promoted. Very seldom was it based on true talent. - Management's blind positivity inhibited them from effectively receiving feedback. - The culture is broken: there is mixed messaging regarding touting yourself as an SME and then firing people without a notice or reason.
