When I took the job I was told of all these wonders and accomplishments and that there was room for growth .. this was a lie Micro-managed at various levels Pay was low compared to jobs of same spec Due to scale of the company there was no option for career growth Unstable firm as redundancies and lay-offs where made due to bad management from the executive board It’s pretty clear they are looking for a bigger company to buy them.
