-Deceptive recruiting practices
-Immature management
-Compensation is below average
-winning the company new business is the only performance metric (other than utilization rate)
-essentially punished for taking PTO, which is minimal to begin with
-slimy and unsophisticated c-suite, partners, etc
-staff augmentation... NOT a consulting role
-after only 19 months, most of the people I onboarded with have left
-HR there to protect partners from lawsuits- not to help employees
-no meaningful investment in learning or development
