Cons
Professional development is lacking significantly, the staffing process here is highly political and opaque. The staffing managers and partners provide very little information about what projects are in pipeline and how assignments are determined. In addition, staffing assignments are made with out any input from the MC's / SC's / C's , and the assignments are made without any consideration to the individuals stated goals which are made at the begging of the year.
