Mature organizational structure that made the onboarding and asset transfer process a breeze. Robust revenue cycle operational areas with strong leaders in place Collaborative client dedicated to process improvements for the benefit of patients/the organization Good pay and benefits
Cons
Communication Issues: Direction provided by Senior Leaders based on their interpretation of client requests often led to rework and missed opportunities. They were reluctant to include others in client communications/meetings Little/no support for new leaders to help them acclimate to the engagement/client. There was also no buddy/mentor structure in place to act as a sounding board to work through issues.
