Pros
They offer remote work, and the pay is good for the hours as long as you aren't near a Guidhouse office (they're usually in a really expensive area). The company culture is good, people are almost all really nice. You get good professional feedback from supervisors and managers.
Cons
They are trying, unsuccessfully, to phase out remote work. HR is very disorganized. Turnover is fairly high. Good feedback from supervisors and managers often doesn't translate into upward progress at the company. Somewhat opaque review process where the only chance to have a conversation is to "dispute" the results. This makes it feel like you have started an argument before the meeting even begins, if you opt into it. It's a good place to work but these administrative issues can be a little tense.
