Remote work is held against employees who do not live near a hub. Dishonest diversity. The culture appears to be diverse on paper, but in reality, it is not. Career competencies are a farce. Inexperience staff get promoted with less time and experience in a specified industry. Feedback is a joke, as it is rarely talked about or checked when it is positive.
