Pros
Very good work life balance, no micro managing, 3 days remote, flexible work hours, young and friendly colleagues. Depending on the client you work for, the work can be done very easily and within couple of working hours leaving you with free time for the rest.
Cons
Low salary, but it is expected when the you are working for an international client and the company provides outsourcing services. Very strict and limited budgets for salaries and any office/company activities. Yearly salary increases, but as the budgets are set in advance only a fraction (couple % of people) can achieve more than "meets expectations". These increases are set to make employee salaries more in line with each other, hence if you received a higher starting pay your increase will be lower than the one whos starting salary was lower.
