Pros

Nothing muc. quartely parties thats it.

Cons

Management is heavily biased toward revenue generating accounts. Earnings and recognition depend more on the size of the account assigned rather than individual effort or performance. Employees who are fortunate enough to join during a vacancy in a larger account tend to earn significantly more, even with lower effort, compared to those working extremely hard on smaller accounts. Promotions and priority are largely numbers driven, which makes growth feel luck based rather than merit based. While management communicates that effort is appreciated, in practice the focus is strictly on business output, making this messaging feel insincere.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
