1) The associate role is just a sales role when you spend 90% of your day spamming people on Linkedin, via phone, and via email. You are trained to be a robot for most of the day and spend very little time actually "researching" and learning topics.
2) Hours are pretty bad- they're from 9 am - 6 pm but 6 pm usually ends up being 6:30 and maybe occasionally 7 pm.
3) The way things are organized feel extremely messy/disorganized- project managers just spam you with things to do all day and you are expected to always be responsive
4) Company feels >90% white people that all fit the same vibe of preppy private school graduates. As a POC, the lack of racial diversity is incredibly shocking.
