Pros

I truly enjoyed some of the people I worked with. If you are in-office it is a nice space with good amenities, happy hours etc..

Cons

-No annual salary increase/ cost of living increase -Terrible health plan benefits- costly and the coverage is crap -Commission plan was cut -Expectation to be in front of your computer 24/7, I was literally told I did not respond quickly enough after hours in a performance review -Solutions are not market competitive, and do not have the funding to be either

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
