Pros

- Good salary for entry level Client Service positions + above - Great opportunity to learn about organizational structure and how to communicate with high-level executives - Opportunity for lots of responsibility and working with big-name clients - Good culture shift over the last few years leading to a better work-life balance - Beautiful office

Cons

- Client service roles are monotonous and the employees could be used to support other services - Leadership does not invest in employee development - Benefits are expensive and minimal - Cliquey culture - Overhead departments are scary minimal, leading to lack-luster support for employees and constant issues

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
