Pros
-good place to begin or end career -no micromanaging mostly -extensive variety of projects to work on, some are very interesting and big name -employees are very accomplished and well connected -brand new New York office
Cons
-initial training and professional support from superiors essentially nonexistent. entry level employees would benefit tremendously from such. ***would not recommend entry level staff staying too long. there are very similar jobs out there that are MUCH better paying*** -office gets a bit dry, people are nice but no events, even before covid. too much of an obsession with billable hours and not taking a little bit of time to spend time with other employees -a lot of nepotism with hiring of interns and analysts. can be hard to get in potentially due to that. -ceo is nice but overworked. would be good to get to know her better.
