Pros

Really enjoy the work, generally decent PTO/days off, enjoy my co-workers

Cons

Seemingly big disconnect between upper management and staff on the ground, although I respect higher leadership . I wish there was more pay transparency, jobs posted with higher salaries than current employees get.

Pros

Depending where you are seeking to go, you can meet some real great folks. You really are helping people, a lot of the clients are there for life so you are making an impact.

Cons

Turnover rate is high. I’ve had multiple people leave the team I was on as well as had changes in Supervisor. It was hard to make a connection and maintain it because of these changes.
