Very generous paid time off.

No one in higher leadership seems to be able to hold anyone accountable. No one seems to know what they’re doing. The culture is one of the most distrustful and toxic I’ve seen.

Depending where you are seeking to go, you can meet some real great folks. You really are helping people, a lot of the clients are there for life so you are making an impact.

Cons

Turnover rate is high. I’ve had multiple people leave the team I was on as well as had changes in Supervisor. It was hard to make a connection and maintain it because of these changes.
