The staff at GTCC is very helpful in all ways. Anything you need, any question - someone is there to help and in a kind manner. Emails have always been answered in a timely fashion. I have really enjoyed my experience working at GTCC.

Cons

I'm racking my brain trying to come up with a con, and am having trouble. In my experience, there hasn't been any cons to working at GTCC.

Working with other instructors and helping students to achieve their goals.

Cons

Upper level administration is very oppressive and will find ways to terminate anyone who dissents or questions the decisions they make. Even when presented with clear evidence that their decisions will have a negative impact on students. They have an attitude that you either go with what they want or leave and have actually stated it. There is a very top heavy administration while certain areas lack enough full time instructors to run programs.
