Great people in the stores great customers

Completely starved labor and everything is a fire drill. The office has no sense of what drives sales in our stores. We are constantly running around to complete meaningless tasks that help the office feel good about the terrible job they are doing. Customers buy from the people bottom line. The more the people know and the better service we provide the more people will spend. We need to keep in store associates happy and they will keep customers happy. We are flat out treated like a bunch of dummies. Wayne knows all and the stores know nothing. We have all been here helping customers a lot longer than Wayne.
