Pros
The staff there was great and fun to work with. The insurance was great there; and there was vacation time. My coworkers were knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager was awesome. There was training available and opportunity to advance. Working with the newest instruments and gear was always a blast.
Cons
The pay structure was too low. It's fine for a first job or entry level job, but does not provide enough income for someone with more adult responsibilities. Sales is based on close to minimum wage plus commissions. The business does have it's high and low sell seasons. All sales staff was on swing shifts. This sometimes conflicted with preforming and outside activities as you never knew what shift for each day you would be on until the prior weekend. Too bad there's not a day shift available.
