Cons

Despite aspirations to improve the store, priorities seem to contradict this goal. Recently, the company implemented a significant pay cut for 90% of the sales staff, providing only two months' notice. This was achieved by drastically altering the commission structure, resulting in a reduction of between $500 to $1000 in monthly earnings for most employees. The list of grievances could continue indefinitely.
