Pros

Honestly management are good guys that mean so well. Kick a** on the floor and They will work with you thru ur bs. If you're passionate about music you'll be surrounded by like minded individuals. There's always something new to try or learn The customers are just as excited as you to be there. The gear sells it's self Great step into commission based sales if you understand the equipment and take the time to really learn how to work that high earning gear and sell it.

Cons

The pay kind of makes you depend on commission, and commission varies greatly throughout the year. You're going to have a couple slow months and you're going to be eating some ramen noodles but Christmas is steak and eggs 😂😂😂 Very young leads. Gung ho and knowledgeable about music but as green as they come. Lack of diversity Tunnel vision often gets the best of a few in their "rushes" and they loose their head 😂 Upper Management tends to spend more time in the office than on the floor actually helping the leads with the issues they could improve on. (Goes by numbers to manage )

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
