Hourly micromanaging, plan to be on conference calls during peak selling times then get held accountable for poor customer service scores. Tech department closed on weekends so if your system goes down you are left to figure out on your own. Lots of steps for a simple transaction even more for a customer return and heaven help you if it’s from a sister company like musicians friend. Lessons program is separate from the store making it difficult to help instructors and students. Service now app is a joke leaving the store to figure out loop holes on how to help customers.
