Pros

You'll be working at the peripheries of the music industry; this is a retail job so don't get it twisted.

Cons

Unreasonable exceptions because they have combined two jobs into one, that's what "hybrid" means. Part sales job with unrealistic exceptions, and part contact center and CSR: customer service representative. Most of your time will spend on customer issues, customer returns, order cancelations, customer complaints and you will also be expected to make 100+ cold calls to a book of business with junk contacts. If you're good at sales, you still won't make money because you don't get commission if orders gets returned and for a bunch of other cryptic reasons. Unreasonable sales expectations creates a toxic work environment where other GA will do anything to make a sale, including shady deals to get the numbers. Plus they use AI to monitor every call you make and track every minute of your day.

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
