Pros

Cool coworkers Discount on gear

Cons

No real direction within the company, management and upper exec’s are toggling between initiatives constantly and never commit and stay the course with one. This company is also a very reactive vs proactive place. If there is a problem that is visible such as (cough cough) communication where so much is lost in translation at this company that no one ever has a clear idea or full clarity on most situations that you interact with. For this position especially, the amount of work expected is astronomical compared to the price they’re willing to pay. This is the runt position and they let you know pretty much everyday, you will receive all of the menial tasks that no one else wants to do, you won’t really have a voice in any meetings as other employees and execs will usually just talk over you as well. Really so much to unpack with this company I can’t go any further on here as it would be a novel but beware of this company and it’s toxic culture

Pros

Sweet deals and discounts Coworkers are very pleasant to work with Good as extra income Good for aspiring musicians to network with experts of the industry

Cons

Obsolete softwares Scheduling system software that is thenmost imperative tool as of it will be the backbone of a lesson lead for your team of instructors success it's also somewhat obsolete amd constantly crashing both IT and Upper management are aware. IT is very diligent and pleasant to work with but Upper management expects their lessons lead to work and deliver at 100% capacity while they continue to have an operating system that only works at 75% capacity, just beware of that and if you're willing to work under those conditions. With that put there go at your own discretion. Nobody gets Christmas/winter holiday vacation time off, also go at your own discretion on that one especially if you have kids and family looking for work-life-balance.
