Pros
I have been in the roofing distribution industry for 12 years, and I have had a lot of Branch Managers in the past. Our Branch manager, Mike Byers, is absolutely inspiring. He has been essential in my growth as a Territory Manager, and I know at all times that he has my back. He has also hired a phenomenal support team here in the office. John Stout, Maria Pinzon, and our new girl Jessica Hienkel. They have made the work place a very positive environment. This is the very first time in my life that I have not only enjoyed my job, but look forward to coming to work every day. Thank you to the whole team here in Fort Myers!
Cons
There are no downsides to this Branch. The only downside I can come up withis if you do not get a chance to work with this team you are missing out. The downside is not being a part of this team. The people that work at the Fort Myers, FL Branch are future all stars.
