      Pros

      Busy year around. Can keep seniority moving positions within company. Plenty of overtime available.

      Cons

      Lots of family cliques. Advancement system is based on ability to network, not necessarily on being able to accomplish the work position requires. Employees have no say in new hires, floor managers appear to have very little input. Accountability is minimal for poor workers.

      -Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
