Business Outlook
Pros
The team members were hardworking despite the toxic work culture perpetuated by the c-suite. Sadly half of them have moved on to bigger and better things (higher pay, more autonomy, less daily negativity).
Cons
Leadership treat and talk to women in a way they would never to men. Misogyny doesn't even cut it. Multiple teams are bleeding talented, long time employees because people are made to agree to any ruling brought down by leadership. Pay is well below industry standard. You can leave and easily make 15% or more a year working fully remote. Plus better PTO and benefits.
