-I got to experience various roles within the company until I found the right fit -My boss wasn't very hands-on, so I got out of the job what I put in -I learned a ton from my time working here, and I am very thankful for this opportunity -I found value in forming connections with people in other departments early very important because of how interconnected all the work is -I got to make decisions even as a very junior member of the company, and felt valued as an employee and what feedback I have to offer

Cons

-Not a lot of directional guidance when first starting, so you have to figure a lot of stuff out on your own

I couldn't find any pro expect that the business is doing great due to tons of sales

Cons

Manager yell at you. Top executives scream at everyone and try to intimidate you. This is not a good environment for anyone. I took a risk coming here and left a great job and then I came into a toxic environment thinking that I would have the opportunity to change the department but they don't want leaders, they want yes men that can take a good yelling and not talk back.
