Pros
This company gave me so much room for personal growth in my skills, both soft skills and in sales. The staff was always supportive and encouraged me to do my best, and I was pushed to challenge myself to improve.
Cons
I had to find my own way and figure out the role alone for much of the time when I first got there, but this was a good personal experience to learn individually.
