There are some nice people there.

Cons

It is owned by Indians. Most of them are under qualified for what they do; but yet they are protected by upper management because they are all Indians. They hire and fire people (non-Indian) without doing any due diligence. The CEO and other executives have completely unrealistic expectations. They face serious challenges, but refuse to listen to the professionals. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you are Indian.

I couldn't find any pro expect that the business is doing great due to tons of sales

Cons

Manager yell at you. Top executives scream at everyone and try to intimidate you. This is not a good environment for anyone. I took a risk coming here and left a great job and then I came into a toxic environment thinking that I would have the opportunity to change the department but they don't want leaders, they want yes men that can take a good yelling and not talk back.
