The compensation was decent. The training was pleasant.
Cons
NO DIVERSITY. The owner of the company seemed nice. Unfortunately, at the corporate level, there was no diversity and the overall environment was unpleasant. I did not feel welcomed nor included. I was separated from the department and not allowed to participate in any of the department's meetings.
