Our Senior Management team works hard to make this business a success with new acquisitions and increased buying power to give our customers the best service possible with multiple locations throughout the United States
Cons
There needs to be more Management interaction with ALL employees instead of just a few. It's very simple to walk around and say Good Morning to people, even if you have forgotten their names which sometimes can happen when you have 500 employees. It is little things like that that can make you feel appreciated.
