Lack of communication from upper management to both Branch Stores and Distribution Centers. No way to give management improvement ideas nor do they ask. To much wasted productivity time on shipping products from Distribution Centers and Branch Stores that are just being shipped to move product to readjust inventory levels. Short handed on employees to get jobs done efficiently. Not very high pay for what job requires.
