      Pros

      There are so many great and hard working team members that really want to help the customers. They carry great products and some of the best brands.

      Cons

      No direction, no recognition, no communication. Culture is the worst I've ever seen. Too much ego, "people & culture" leader is no where to be found. Pay is a joke.
