      -Culture is positive, collaborative, and very social (great for 20s & 30s) -Little micromanagement -Generous PTO

      Cons

      -Upper management has changed and is very disconnected from staff -No negotiation with pay and no transparency -New corporate initiatives are not working and failure is pushed onto rank and file staff instead of management

      Pros

      I'm not there anymore. Fair pay. Started out great.

      Cons

      Midway through a year-long contract I already started looking. It was an extremely boring place to work. This is the kind of place where you stay within your boundary. In other words, if you are an architect, you design diagrams all day. No hands-on work - even if you know what you're doing. I was even rebuked on several occasions for working with a developer to help him out. I was told I needed to tell him to ask someone else responsible for that. If you like to do hands on and you are an architect, you will hate it here.
