Pros

Stable results, although lower profit margins than competitors Flexibility to work remotely or set flex hours Decent benefits, although a bit on the pricey side One of the last companies around with both a 401K and Pension Plan

Cons

Limited career paths Constant turnover at senior management (C-suite) positions Very political, too many competing interests, and no backbone from senior management to solve Struggle to create perception of value for services, give everything away for free

Pros

I'm not there anymore. Fair pay. Started out great.

Cons

Midway through a year-long contract I already started looking. It was an extremely boring place to work. This is the kind of place where you stay within your boundary. In other words, if you are an architect, you design diagrams all day. No hands-on work - even if you know what you're doing. I was even rebuked on several occasions for working with a developer to help him out. I was told I needed to tell him to ask someone else responsible for that. If you like to do hands on and you are an architect, you will hate it here.
