Pros
Good market share, part of stable parent company, budget for supplies to keep offices working. Access to savings plans with some company match. Great place to be a Senior Exec - large travel and expense budget, can hire kids/friends to feel good or win business.
Cons
Past 2 years have gutted pay and incentives for AVP or below, will hire ex-Willis above internal development. Consolidated CSS / support staff authority for efficiency (lower pay & promote slave drivers).
