      If you are a broker or high level executive, it is a great company to work for. With a new CEO and CFO the past year, they may add new value and direction to the company.

      Cons

      If you are an administrative or support staff, you might feel being left out. a) Minimum training b) Company is always looking for ways to reduce staff and save money c) Company is implementing a lot of new software but it is not being use to its full potential

      Pros

      I'm not there anymore. Fair pay. Started out great.

      Cons

      Midway through a year-long contract I already started looking. It was an extremely boring place to work. This is the kind of place where you stay within your boundary. In other words, if you are an architect, you design diagrams all day. No hands-on work - even if you know what you're doing. I was even rebuked on several occasions for working with a developer to help him out. I was told I needed to tell him to ask someone else responsible for that. If you like to do hands on and you are an architect, you will hate it here.
