We believe our colleagues do their best work when they are in a space where they feel welcome, valued and that they can bring their whole self to work each day. There is incredible value in speaking freely, as the best ideas often come from dissenting opinions and we know that there will always be a smarter way to do the work we do. The type of environment you described is not condoned or accepted at Guy Carpenter and we expressly prohibit all forms of such disruptive behavior. If you are a current colleague, there are a variety of avenues you can use to raise your concerns, including ones where you can do so anonymously.
