- messy management - intransparent decision making, the management never tell you the reason to do, or the purpose, all you need to do is take action without knowing why. - the management doesn't know what they want to do, what sort of team members they want, that's why they hire and fire. - the management keeps changing their mind - the management has no experience in marketing
