Pros
Hybrid work. Pay wasn't bad. Some of the employees were very helpful and courteous to newcomers. I mostly learned about the types of people and environments to stay away from.
Cons
I had to work well over 40 hours a week and was not always paid for what I worked. The role was not what I was expecting when I accepted the job. The expectation was to get the job done with little or insufficient training. Workplace harassment and discrimination happened for years and was overlooked almost every time I reported it.
