Pros
GXM has some of the best leadership and team i’ve experienced. PMs are intuitive, engaged and very thorough. Chad is extremely helpful but has an incredible work ethic. This work ethic translates to each and every team member. If you’re thinking of working here, expect to learn a lot quickly and to be accepted into a great work family.
Cons
GXM is a very boutique style consulting firm, and with that comes a relatively medium size team. Expect to work with multiple clients and balance your work schedule effectively. Other than that, it is a fantastic place to work.
