Pros
The organization is very flat, as such you can get a lot of experience in a short period of time; over a multitude of departments. Which is great, since the turnover is so high (You'll need to amass all the experience possible for resume building and landing your next gig).
Cons
Where do I begin? This place is a nightmare. Whoever positively reviewed this establishment was paid to do so. When you walk into the building keep your eyes open, listen closely to what is said to you. Employees are very expendable, and the micromanagement is fierce (and often misguided). Since turnover is so high the overall business suffers; leading to impossible expectations in any job function. Only accept a position here if you are desperate (Come in with the expectation that you will be here for a maximum of 6 months and keep looking for employment elsewhere).
