      Managment used to be understanding, was a cohesive team wanting the greater good

      Cons

      After a management change in 2023, management is now only out for themselves. Will throw anyone under the bus for nothing. Horrible environment for anyone's mental health.

      Some manager are really great people. However more and more of the good employees are leaving

      Leadership and culture is so unhealthy it’s obvious this isn’t the place people stay at for long willingly
