Great supporters: 96% of employees are white and they have no cap on racism Maximum raise every year: as long as you know how to kiss their behinds, you're good. You don't need to work hard. Just work smart at behind-kissing. Supervisors got your back: management will allow disrespect so you don't need to worry about other people
Cons
Don't address racism and sexism Make you work 7days/wk no break Applause kissers and not promote work-life balance. WILL WRITE YOU UP FOR NOT WORKING OVERTIME. They will say "it's business needs so we have to work this weekend" BUT THIS IS ALL YEAR ROUND.
