      Salary and benefits are good Management is present on the floor Team members are helpful and willing to help

      Cons

      Very hot facility with no circulation of air. The machinery is old and no PMs are done. Daily machinery failures Reactive not very proactive 12hrs rotating shifts Required to work every other weekend
