Flexible, easy job to learn, small discount on their products, develop friendships with coworkers, 401k plan after a period of time that's about it.
Cons
Their slogan, because people matter is a complete joke. They took down the protective shields prematurely in service when covid still exists and is still actively going around. They have a terrible covid policy. They treat covid like any other illness. They don't care about their partners' well-being and they also don't care about their customers. It's profit over people. I caught covid from a customer. I was sick with covid and they told me to either work with it or if I felt sick and wanted to leave early they threatened me with an occurrence. Disgusting.
