We are a values based organization where treating others as they want to be treated and doing what is right comes first. We are fortunate to have great leadership with the foresight to have led us successfully through the recession with limited impact to our profitability. Our forward-thinking philosophy along with our diversified services allow us to remain strong even in hard economic times. We are unique in that our management team shares the company’s yearly outlook; as well as, the outcome at our annual kickoff meeting. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement within our organization through succession planning and training. Our compensation packages are competitive with an excellent opportunity to earn full bonus potential. I feel fortunate to have made the wise and somewhat lucky decision many years ago of joining the team.
