I have worked at H.O. Penn for almost two years. From day one, I could see they created a great company culture where employees' needs and concerns are listened to and addressed. Training, development, and growth are prioritized. HR does a fantastic job of communicating upcoming training opportunities and sourcing training specific to a skill you want to develop. Long employee tenure is not something you see anymore. When you work at H.O. Penn, you can make it a career, not just a job. Everyone across the board, in all 6 locations, has been a pleasure to work with. I am excited to see where my journey will go with such a wonderful organization.
