Pros

Vacation package , health benefits, and co workers

Cons

Unrealistic workload unrealistic expectations and apparently they rather not staff stores to save a buck which hurts the team and the brand. Although they claim to value the people and want such a great place to work I find it baffling that they are actively cutting off stores at the knees. Creating an overwhelming high stress unmanageable workload with limited success. I've put a lot of years at this company and I've never seen the stores look worse. District is a joke they put on their conference call and then they disappear only to reappear to remind you to cut hours. If the company keeps heading in this direction people quality is going to diminish , the dedicated ones will leave, hasty replacements will pile in, and the care level will match the resources they give us. Bad business and a risky move on a once strong company.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
